Information you choose to send
The contact form asks for your name, email address, and message. You can also provide your phone number, preferred date, and the type of photography you are interested in. This information is used to answer your inquiry and discuss photography work.
When you select “Open email draft,” your details are passed to your email app. You must send that email yourself; opening the draft does not send an inquiry. The website does not save the draft. Your email provider and the photographer’s email provider handle the email when you send it.
If you contact the photographer by phone, text, or Instagram, those services process the information you share under their own policies.
Technical information and service providers
Hosting and image-delivery providers process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages, and request times to deliver the website and maintain security. They may retain operational and security logs under their own policies.
When a form is submitted to the website’s server, it temporarily uses the network address to limit repeated submissions. This protection uses server memory; the website does not add that address to a customer database. Automated submissions may be blocked.
Cookies and tracking
The public website does not use analytics, advertising cookies, or cross-site behavioral tracking. It does not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Fonts are served with the website.
Browser “Do Not Track” signals do not change the site’s behavior because the public site does not perform behavioral tracking. Instagram and other external services have their own privacy practices when you follow their links.
The private editing area uses Sanity’s sign-in services and associated browser storage. Visitors do not need to sign in to view the photographs or make an inquiry.
Keeping and requesting your information
Inquiry correspondence is kept in the photographer’s email account for as long as it is useful for responding and arranging the work discussed. Service providers may retain their own operational records under their policies.
You can request a copy of the information you provided, a correction, or deletion by emailing timhiggins.555@gmail.com. Requests are handled personally. Include enough detail to identify the relevant correspondence, and do not send passwords or identity documents.
Photographs and privacy concerns
If you appear in a photograph and have a concern about its display, contact the photographer with a link or description of the image. Parents or guardians can also get in touch about a photograph of their child.

Updates will be published on this page with a revised date. Material changes to the way information is handled will be described here when they take effect.
