The website
This photography portfolio is operated by Tim Higgins. You are welcome to browse the photographs, share links to the website, and get in touch about a project.
Photographs and image permissions
The photographs and original content belong to Tim Higgins, unless otherwise credited. Viewing an image here does not grant a license to reuse it.
Except where permitted by applicable law, written permission is required to reproduce, publish, sell, edit, redistribute, or use a photograph commercially, or to use it for machine-learning training. Please retain any required credit and copyright notices.
For permission, licensing, or print inquiries, contact the photographer and identify the image and intended use. Sharing a link to the portfolio is welcome.
Inquiries and bookings
Sending an inquiry does not reserve a date or confirm a booking. Availability, pricing, deliverables, payment, and any cancellation terms are agreed separately before a booking is confirmed.
If an email draft opens, the inquiry is not sent until you send it from your email app. If online sending is available, wait for the website’s confirmation. If you see an error, use the contact details on the Contact page.
Respectful use
Please use the contact form for relevant inquiries. Do not submit unlawful or abusive content, send automated spam, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the website. Repeated submissions may be limited.
Privacy and photograph concerns
The Privacy page explains how website visits and inquiries are handled. If you appear in an image and have a concern about its display, email timhiggins.555@gmail.com with enough detail to identify the photograph.
Availability and external links
Website information may be updated, and the site may occasionally be unavailable. Confirm project details directly with the photographer. External links lead to services with their own terms and privacy policies.
Updates and contact
Changes to these website terms will appear here with an updated date. They do not change the terms of an existing photography booking or license. Questions can be sent to timhiggins.555@gmail.com.
